FAQs
What are the eight functions that Sirena performs?
Sirena Home Cleaning Systems save you time and money by fulfilling eight of the most common household cleaning needs. Your Sirena is a hard floor cleaner, deep cleaning vacuum, wet/dry vac, air purifier, air deodorizer, allergen removal system, pet hair and dander turbo brush and inflation device for air mattresses, inflatables, balloons and more.
How does it work?
Sirena water vacuum cleaner uses water as a primary filter. Our separator technology pulls air into the system and forces it down into the water where it gets trapped.
How often do I change the water?
Water should be changed after each use.
Where do I pour the water?
The best disposal is to put the dirt back where it belongs, outside! However, pouring it into the toilet is perfectly fine too.
What is a HEPA filter?
HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Absorption. These filters are designed to trap particles down to .03 microns. In the Sirena system it will trap material that is not water soluble. As a result this also extends our filter life. HEPA filters are especially designed for those suffering various breathing disorders.
How do I clean the air?
Sirena features a quiet mode which will draw in the air, forcing it into the water and returns clean, fresh water-washed air into your home environment.
How do I aromatize the air?
By putting the optional Fragrance scents into the water, your Sirena will return aromatized water-washed air into your home.
How does Sirena become a vaporizer?
By putting eucalyptus oil into the water you will create a cool mist vaporizer effect.
How can I deodorize the air in my home?
By adding our Ocean Breeze Deodorizer into the water you can remove odors such as tobacco, fish, and pets.
Why is the water so dirty?
You should expect the water to become extremely dirty when you first start using your Sirena. Other methods of cleaning are largely ineffective and you must remove the dirt they have been leaving behind. With regular use of your Sirena the water may be changed less frequently.
Can I use Sirena to pick up wet material?
Yes, your Sirena can remove up to 3 liters before you must empty it. NEVER pick up any flammable liquids with your Sirena!
What about non water soluble dirt, such as drywall dust, fire ash etc.?
These should NOT be picked up with your Sirena as they are not absorbed by water.
Where can I get my Sirena serviced?
Any authorized Sirena dealer can service your system. Check out the Dealer Locator to find the closest authorized dealer to you.
What does my warranty cover?
Sirena is guaranteed for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This guarantee is for manufacturer defects and does not include regular wear items (belts, brushes etc.)
