HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY SIRENA WARRANTY?
Please register both the main unit and the power nozzle here within 14 days of your purchase.
WHERE DO I FIND THE SERIAL NUMBERS?
Both the main unit and the power nozzle serial numbers can be located on the master box near the handles on each side. They can also be found on the main unit itself (underneath the HEPA filter module at the back) and on the power nozzle (next to the left wheel).
WHAT PRODUCTS DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?
The 10-year warranty covers the main unit motor on both new and recertified Sirena vacuums. It also includes 3 years of warranty on parts (including the power nozzle motor, but not the normal wear parts such as belts and brushes), and 1 year on labor.
Sirena Twisters are warrantied for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase. You will need to register your Sirena Twister here to activate your warranty.
